In exchange you will (get) free uniform, monthly rosters, fantastic pay rates, bonus scheme and 24\/7 support!\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Senior recruitment consultant and account manager Paul Botfield heads the COVID res\u00adponse team for JPS Medical recruitment.<\/p>\n<p>He told The Australian \u201cwe see it like a call-out to those unsung heroes across Melbourne to step up for our ageing population. We are saying: you can help make a difference,\u2019\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p>JPS is working with 23 facilities in Melbourne to fill about 600 shifts per day. \u201cI think you really have to be calm,\u2019\u2019 Mr Botfield said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s organised chaos, there\u2019s no other way to describe working finding staff to work 24 hours a day, seven days.
